Tara Wallace
Counsellor and Psychotherapist
Tara has worked with children, teenagers and adults for the past ten years in the community and non-profit sectors. Tara has experience working with people impacted by trauma as well as people living with physical and intellectual disabilities and complex needs including Autism/Neurodiversity. Tara is a Neurodiverse-friendly clinician with a wealth of experience supporting families experiencing a range of struggles including family and domestic violence, addiction, mental health and isolation.

Tara has a warm and empathic nature and takes great joy in supporting people to understand themselves better and to develop skills that they can transfer into their day to day lives.
