Doug Crowther

Accredited Mental Health Social Worker

Doug is a Neurodiverse clinician who works across the lifespan. He is passionate about working with Neurodiverse clients to overcome barriers in their lives and in our society stemming from individual and collective struggles that arise from Autism, ADHD and other Neurodiversity.

Doug works from a trauma-informed and Neurodiverse-friendly perspective.

He also has experience in assisting adults, children, couples and families to overcome issues of loss, trauma, abuse, violence and other related challenges in their lives and those close to them.

Doug has limited capacity for new clients. However, he mentors the team extensively to deliver high quality and neurodiverse-friendly therapeutic services.

Viviane Oliveira

Counsellor and Psychotherapist

Viviane has over 20 years of experience in counselling, case management and community work in the private and non-for-profit settings in Australia and overseas.

Viviane has a background in psychology, counselling, case management and community work.

Viviane is passionate about supporting people to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. She is an experienced Neurodiverse-friendly and trauma-informed clinician who works with Autism, trauma, sexual assault, domestic violence and a wide range of other issues to assist children, adults and families.

Viviane delivers services under NDIS and privately billed services.

Cara Bucholz

Provisional Psychologist

Cara is a Provisional Psychologist and trained in psychology, counselling and alternative health practices. She has worked as an allied health professional for over 15 years and is committed to supporting people of all ages through their mental health challenges. She has experience working with couples, people recovering from trauma, PTSD and chronic illness.

 

Cara is a Neurodiverse-friendly and LGBTIQ+-friendly clinician.

Heidi Refiti

Counsellor and Psychotherapist

Heidi is an experienced Psychotherapist with over a decade of experience in private practice.  As a registered member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work.  Heidi completed her Masters in Psychotherapy, specialising in Gestalt Therapy, in 2013.  Since then, she has pursued training in several leading therapeutic modalities in Gottman Couples Therapy, Circle of Security Facilitation and Systemic Constellations Facilitation.  She is also a trained Professional Supervisor, further demonstrating her commitment to professional development and excellence in her field. Prior to changing careers to become a Psychotherapist, Heidi was a business executive in the field of information technology.

Heidi's therapeutic approach is rooted in her firm belief in the inherent capacity of individuals to navigate their own path to healing.  She views her role as a therapist as a guide, facilitating the journey towards self-discovery, growth and healing.  Heidi's experience spans a broad spectrum of mental health issues and has been instrumental in helping countless individuals, couples and groups gain a deeper understanding of their life spaces, fostering healing, change, and growth.

In addition to her clinical work, Heidi regularly participates in professional development activities and peer learning groups, staying abreast of the latest research and developments in the field.
